New day, new week, new time.

With this independece that our forefathers fought to assure us, and the freedom that Christ had purchased for us, what do we do now?

Well, as for me and my house, we have decided to add more discipline into our lives.

Discipline, seems like something that restricts freedom. But now, i am realizing too much freedoms have brought me to a place of a jiggling midsection and weaker devotion to the Lord and ultimately to the ones i love.

So, a new day, and new committments are made.

Just to add one spiritual discipline, one physical discipline and one "family" discipline into my life.

I hope to see good things come from it.
